Computer Aptitude (CBAT)
- Applicants for the Traffic Assistant/Station Master posts will be called for the CBAT exam, which will include questions from computer knowledge, such as MS Office, Internet, and emerging technologies.
Typing Skill Test (TST)
- Candidates who want to be Junior Clerk/Typist/Accounts Clerk/Typist will have to pass a test of their typing skills.
- For Hindi: Typing speed should be 25 WPM.
- For English: Typing speed should be 30 WPM.
RRB NTPC Exam Pattern
CBT 1
- General Awareness: 40 questions for 40 marks
- Mathematics: 30 questions for 30 marks
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 questions for 30 marks
- Total: 100 questions for 100 marks
There will be negative marking. The duration of CBT 1 will be 90 minutes.
CBT 2
- General Awareness: 50 questions for 50 marks
- Mathematics: 35 questions for 35 marks
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 35 questions for 35 marks
- Total: 120 questions for 120 marks
There will be negative marking. The duration of CBT 2 will depend on the post title.
